Summary:
Demolition of FAVCO crane base. The use of non explosive demolition grouts and rock breaking, the projects timing and sensitivity to surrounding business' was challenging but well overcome my extensive planning. Upon removal of the 70m3 base the removal of 4 piers bored 24m below ground level were also removed. Each pier had a weight of 18000kgs.
